सरकारी, गैर-सरकारी एवं पी०पी०पी० मोड पर संचालित पोलिटेकनिक संस्थानों के डिप्लोमा अभियंत्रण पाठ्यक्रम अंतर्गत विभिन्न शाखाओं के शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2021-22 में तृतीय सेमेस्टर (द्वितीय वर्ष) में नामांकन हेतु वैसे उपयुक्त आवेदकों से, जो भारत के नागरिक होने के साथ-साथ झारखण्ड राज्य के स्थायी/स्थानीय निवासी की श्रेणी में आते हैं और कंडिका-2 में अंकित शैक्षणिक योग्यता धारित करते हैं, उनसे विहित प्रपत्र में ऑनलाईन आवेदन पत्र आमंत्रित किये जाते हैं। आवेदक पर्षद के वेबसाईट http:jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in के Homepage पर सर्वप्रथम "Click Here for All Online Application Submission- JCECEB 2021 को Click करें तथा उसके बाद "Online Application Form Submission for Admission in Diploma (L.E.). in 2021" link को Click कर दिये गये दिशा-निर्देशों का अनुपालन करते हुए ऑनलाईन आवेदन पत्र भर सकते है। ऑनलाईन आवेदन भरते समय Qualifying Examination कक्षा का अंक पत्र तथा स्कैन किया हुआ पासपोर्ट साईज का अपना रंगीन फोटोग्राफ, जिसमें चेहरे के साथ-साथ दोनों कान स्पष्ट रूप से दिखाई देता हो तथा जो संपादित (Edited) नहीं हो, हस्ताक्षर एवं बाँयें हाथ के अंगुठे के निशान के साथ submit करें। ऑनलाईन आवेदन करने पर उसका प्रिंट आउट पर्षद कार्यालय को नहीं भेजना है।

परीक्षा का प्रकार	Eligibility Creteria
Diploma प्रवेश प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा (पाश्विक प्रवेश) – 2021 की प्रवेश परीक्षा Computer Based Test (CBT) mode में राँची जिला मुख्यालय स्थित विभिन्न ऑनलाईन परीक्षा केन्द्रों पर आयोजित की जायेगी। प्रवेश परीक्षा की तिथि, परीक्षा केन्द्र का नाम एवं परीक्षा के समय की जानकारी प्रवेश पत्र के माध्यम से दी जायेगी। प्रवेश पत्र अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा ऑनलाईन आवेदन पत्र में दर्ज की गई E-Mail पर परीक्षा की तिथि के चार (4) दिन पूर्व उपलब्ध करा दी जायेगी।  प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा के प्रश्न बहुविकल्पीय (Multiple Choice) प्रकार की होगी। अन्य आवश्यक सूचनाएँ • साक्षात्कार एवं सीटों की संस्थानवार/कोटिवार विवरणी संबंधी अद्यतन सूचनाओं के लिए पर्षद के वेबसाईट http://thetmexam.in के सम्पर्क में बने रहें। Note - there is no age limit	आवेदक 12th Science (with Mathematics as one of the Subject) परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण* किया हो। अथवा आवेदक निम्नलिखित में से किसी एक व्यावसायिक विषय के साथ इंटरमीडिएट व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रम परीक्षा (Intermediate Vocational Course Examination) उत्तीर्ण* किया हो - Computer Science, Electronics Technology, Radio TV Technician, Automobile Engg. & Technician, Mining Geology, Electrical Domestic Appliances, अथवा आवेदक दसवीं (10वीं) कक्षा के साथ-साथ निम्नांकित में से किसी एक व्यवसाय में दो वर्षीय आई0टी0आई0 परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण* किया हो - Fitter, Turner, Mechanist, Mech. Motor Vehicle, Mechanist Grinder, Mech. Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Draftsman Mechanical, Production & Manufacturing, Instrument Mechanic, Electrical, Electrician, Wireman, Electroplater, Surveyor, Draftsman Civil, Mech. General Electronics, Mech. Radio & T.V., Mech. Consumer Electronics, Mechanic Industrial Electronics, Electronics Mech., Mech. Computer Hardware, I.T. & E.S.M. नोट :- (क) * से अभिप्राय है कि वैसे आवेदक जो 12th Science (with Mathematics as one of the Subject) परीक्षा या इंटरमीडिएट व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रम परीक्षा या दसवीं (10वीं) कक्षा के साथ-साथ दो वर्षीय आई0टी0आई0 परीक्षा में सम्मिलित हुए हों, तो वे भी ऑनलाईन आवेदन पत्र समर्पित कर सकते हैं, परन्तु उन्हें साक्षात्कार की तिथि के पूर्व तक उत्तीर्णता प्राप्त कर लेना अनिवार्य है, अन्यथा वे नामांकन के योग्य नहीं समझे जायेंगे। (ख) शैक्षणिक योग्यता कॉलम में दर्ज व्यवसायों में कोई व्यवसाय यदि दो वर्ष से कम अवधि का हो तो, ऐसे व्यवसायों में उत्तीर्ण होने वाले आवेदक उक्त परीक्षा के तहत नामांकन के योग्य नहीं समझे जायेंगे। (ग) ऐसे आवेदक जिन्होंने वैसे व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रम/व्यवसाय में उत्तीर्णता प्राप्त किया है, जिसके समतुल्य या संबंधित डिप्लोमा अभियंत्रण शाखा की सीटें पोलिटेकनिक संस्थानों में उपलब्ध नहीं है, तो वैसे अभ्यर्थियों को सीट आबंटित नहीं किया जायेगा।
