JCECEB was constituted by the govt. Vide memo no. 374 dated 29-03-2001 under section 85 of Bihar Re- Constituted act 2000. The Jharkhand government assigned the responsibility of conducting JCECEB B.E/B.Tech exam entrance test 2021 for admission into various institutes of B.E/B.Tech in the state of Jharkhand.
